The Collective Agreement between Unifor 2002 and Canadian North will expire on December 2, 2023. Your Unifor Bargaining Committee is already preparing to negotiate a new contract and is seeking input from you – the membership.
One of the key tools Unifor utilizes to involve members in the negotiations process is the bargaining survey. This tool will allow the Bargaining Committee to gather data to support key priorities and engage members on the issues that matter most. Surveys will also assist in achieving our objectives at the bargaining table.
This survey is open all Unifor 2002 members at Canadian North and will close July 31 at 23:59 hours.

It is important that all members complete the survey in its entirety. All information collected will be treated as strictly confidential by your Bargaining Committee.
MEMBERSHIP PROPOSAL MEETINGS
Once the survey concludes, your Unifor Committee will be scheduling a series of in-person membership proposal meetings beginning in September. This will give Canadian North members an additional opportunity to participate and provide feedback to the Bargaining Committee. A schedule will be communicated soon.
COMMUNICATIONS
