Unifor Local 2002 wishes to announce that on October 8,
100 percent of our pilot members voted to grant the Bargaining Committee a strike mandate. This decisive outcome reflects the collective will of our pilots to take necessary action should ongoing negotiations fail to secure an agreement addressing critical issues such as fair compensation, working conditions, and scheduling protections.
While our goal remains to reach a negotiated settlement without disruption, this vote demonstrates our members' resolve to secure a collective agreement recognizing their essential contributions to EVAS Air. The Bargaining Committee remains fully committed to good faith negotiations and will continue to keep the membership informed of any developments.
