The collective agreement between Unifor and EVAS Air will expire on February 3, 2024.
Last month, Unifor offered EVAS Air Pilots the opportunity to provide feedback in the form of a confidential bargaining survey, in order to gauge the membership’s top priorities for the next union-employer contract. If you completed a survey, thank you for participating and giving your input to the bargaining process.
Next week, Unifor will be holding proposal meetings to review the data obtained in these bargaining surveys.

All EVAS Air Pilots are encouraged to participate at one of these meetings and provide a mandate that your Unifor Committee will take to the bargaining table. Your input is imperative to the negotiations process as talks are scheduled to begin in the coming months.
