As you know, the Unifor-EVAS collective agreement expires on February 4, 2019. In preparation for the upcoming round of negotiations (which may commence as early as October, 2018) Unifor will be holding proposal meetings for the renewal of the collective agreement. We strongly encourage every member from EVAS to attend one of the following proposal meetings:
HALIFAX (YHZ)
August 26, 2018
Alt Hotel Halifax Airport, Cyan room
1015 – 1215 and 1600 – 1800
GANDER (YQX)
August 27, 2018
Sinbad Hotel, Boardroom 111
1100 – 1300 and 1600 – 1800
The purpose of these meetings is to discuss the bargaining proposals and the data obtained from the survey’s put forth by the members. Please plan to attend one of these very important meetings. Your input and involvement at every stage of the bargaining process will be key to a successful round of negotiations.
