Your Unifor Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached with the employer.
Unifor will be holding two virtual ratification meetings via zoom on Monday, August 15 as follows:
MEETING 1
1000 Atlantic / 1030 Newfoundland
MEETING 2
1900 Atlantic /1930 Newfoundland
Members from either base are invited to join either (or both) of these very important meetings. Note that you MUST attend one of the meetings in order to receive your voter information and participate in the ratification vote.
At these meetings, your Unifor Bargaining Committee will review details of the tentative agreement, including all proposed changes and improvements, and welcome any questions you may have.
Dial in details for the meeting will be sent out in a separate email (closer to the meeting date). This information will be sent to the last personal email address on file at Local 2002. If you have changed your email or have not previously provided it, please be sure to provide this information to your Bargaining Committee in order to receive the Zoom login details and vote.
Voting information will be provided at the end of each meeting.
Your Bargaining Committee unanimously recommends this tentative agreement, based on the information that was provided to your committee in earlier meetings.
Your Committee wishes to thank everyone for their patience and support while reaching this tentative agreement with the employer.
