At the close elections on May 21, 2010, the following were elected to the Jazz CSA/ACS Bargaining Committee:

  

Pacific Region – CSA

• Peter DaCosta – 12 votes
• Marlene Pearson – 62 votes
• Ken White – 67 votes [Elected]
   
  - Total ballots cast = 141
  - Spoiled = 0

  

Western Region – CSA

• No nominees

  

Central Region – CSA

• Shirley Anderson-Mio – 17 votes
• Bryan Cresswell – 38 votes [Elected]
• Stephen Dudzic – 17 votes
    
  - Total Ballots Cast = 72
  - Spoiled = 0

  

Eastern Region – CSA

• Joseé Genois [Acclaimed]

  

Atlantic Region – CSA

• Francine Maillet [Acclaimed]

  

ACS – East

• Robert Pomanti [Acclaimed]

  

ACS – West

• Huw Callard – 21 votes
• Ron Read – 30 votes [Elected]
