NOTICE OF WRITS FOR ELECTION
This notice is to advise all members of CAW Local 2002 Jazz CSA/ACS District 621 that in accordance with the Bylaws of CAW Local 2002, an election will take place for the above captioned positions.
The term of office for all elected officers of CAW Local 2002, except for the Bargaining Committee, is three (3) years and such persons shall assume office the 1st day of the month following the election. (See Bylaws, Article 4.1.05 sub-clause (c)).
Any member in good standing may run for election for the position by submitting a completed Nomination Form via Fax or by Email to be received by the deadline 22 May 2012 to CAW Local 2002 Office, 5 - 7015 Tranmere Drive, Mississauga ON, L5S 1M2, Fax: (905) 678-0100 or 1-866-635-5956. All nominators or nominee MUST confirm with the Local ‘s office that the fax was received by calling (905) 678-1551 or 1-888-226-8885..
All candidates shall be able to withdraw their nomination 72 hours prior to the ballots being printed (7 days after close of nominations 25 May 2012 (as per Bylaws 4.1.13).
Deadline for Nominations: 22 May 2012
