As previously communicated, the parties met virtually on June 8, 2026, for the production hearing. The Union had previously requested specific documents from Jazz Aviation.
While most of these documents have now been received, a small number remain outstanding. Following the Union’s submissions regarding these outstanding requests, Jazz Aviation indicated that it would make every effort to provide the remaining materials by July 10, 2026.
Arbitrator Wright will ensure the deadline for submitting these materials is met so the matter can proceed to the full hearing scheduled for October 25, 2027.
