Jazz CSA/ACS Members: Vacancy for (1) Benefits Representative

Unifor Local 2002 is accepting applications for the position of Jazz CSA/ACS Benefits Representative.  The term of office will be until February 29, 2024.

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

• Participate in the joint and cooperative development of the Disability Management agreements
• Help to establish the trust of the sick or disabled workers which is essential to secure their participation in Disability Management
• Help to represent the interests of disabled workers
• Maintain regular contact and follow up with sick or disabled workers
• Assist in coordinating the rehabilitation and help identify jobs suitable to the worker’s condition and capabilities
• Maintain confidentiality.
