The current Unifor/Jazz CSA-ACS collective agreement will expire on January 13, 2022. In preparation for the expiry of the contract, your Unifor Bargaining Committee has begun the survey and proposal development process with the expectation to bargain a new contract for members.
Electronic surveys are were sent out to members in September to the help the Committee determine the priorities and directives for negotiating a new CBA. This was an opportunity to have your voice heard and be part of the bargaining process.
Now, the Committee is preparing to begin a cross country set of proposal meetings where members can review the data collected from the surveys and discuss the path forward for negotiations. Meetings will be held as follows:
- November 9 / 1100 - 1600 [Aquarium Room]
- November 10 / 0800 - 1000 [Aquarium Room]
- November 10 / 1400 - 1800 [Boardroom]
- November 11 / 0800 - 1100 [Boardroom]
- November 11 / 1500 - 1800 [Boardroom]

- November 15 / 1300 - 1530 [Boardroom]
- November 16 / 1030 - 1430 [Boardroom]
- November 17 / 0900 - 1200 [Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton]
- November 17 / 1530 - 1830 [Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton]
- November 18 / 1800 - 2100 [Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton]
- November 23 / 1230 - 1530 [Boardroom]
- November 25 / 1100 - 1400 [Lunchroom]
- November 26 / 1300 - 1600 [Training Room]
- November 27 / 9000 - 1200 [Training Room]
- November 28 / (1300 - 1600) [Air Canada Room T2A 788 - Mezzanine]
- November 29 / (0900 - 1200) [Air Canada Room T2A 788 - Mezzanine]
- November 30 / 1400 - 1700 [Lunchroom]
- December 2 / 1100 - 1500 [Elsie room]

* Additional locations/dates/times will be updated as they become available.
We encourage all members to attend at least one of these important meetings.
Effective November 4, 2021, all Unifor 2002 members attending Unifor events are required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, along with government-issued identification.
