Dear Members,
As we welcome 2025, I would like to wish all members a safe, prosperous, and happy New Year.
As we reflect back on 2024, we can say with conviction that the year brought its share of workplace challenges – moments that have tested our resolve and reminded us why union solidarity is at the heart of everything we believe in. Many of us faced new and ongoing issues; shifting workplace landscapes, economic uncertainties, and changes implemented by employers that have impacted our day-to-day job functions.
Together, your elected leadership, bargaining committees and National union will continue to work even harder in 2025 on your behalf. Our mission remains clear: to ensure every voice is heard, every right is protected, and every member is supported. This is not just our responsibility, it’s our shared purpose, and it is what sets Unifor apart from other unions.
I want to thank each and every one of you for your dedication, your passion, and your trust. Together, we will continue to make progress, overcome challenges, and secure a better future for all of us.
