You are warmly invited to take part in our upcoming Bylaws Proposal Meeting, taking place on
November 26 at the
Alt Hotel Toronto Airport (YYZ). Sessions will be held from
09:00 to 17:00, organized in convenient
2-hour intervals to allow members flexibility in attending based on their schedules.

These elections and decisions are your opportunity to directly participate in important changes, ensuring that every voice is valued in setting our future direction.
- By attending, you’ll be able to review, discuss, and ask questions about proposed amendments. Your feedback and your vote help ensure any changes reflect the diverse needs and priorities of our membership, upholding fairness and transparency in our democratic process.

Getting to the Meeting
For those who do not work at the airport or nearby, we encourage you to take advantage of the UP Express train, which offers the most convenient and reliable transportation to the meeting venue. The UP Express runs every 15 minutes between Union Station in downtown Toronto and Pearson Airport, with a travel time of approximately 25–28 minutes.
