It has come to our attention that payroll errors are continuing, despite the Union's numerous discussions with the Company regarding these concerns. We understand how frustrating this situation is for our members, and we share your frustration.
Please carefully review your recent pay statements and report any discrepancies immediately.
HOW TO REPORT PAYROLL ERRORS:
- Email the Company's HR Manager directly: Michelle Gigliozzi, Human Resources Manager, [email protected]
- CC the Union on your email: Katie Makhlouf, District Chairperson [email protected] (Copying in (CC) the union allows us to track the number and type of payroll errors, monitor ongoing issues, and assist with follow-up if corrections are not made promptly).
The Company has advised the Union that it is still working through issues related to the implementation of the new Kronos payroll system.
EXAMPLES OF REPORTED CONCERNS INCLUDE:
- Missing commission payments
- Missing or incorrect vacation bonus payments
- Missing shift premiums
- Vacation pay discrepancies
- Incorrect vacation balances
