Your Unifor Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that a first [ever] Unifor tentative agreement has been reached for the part-time members at Nuance Group, Toronto Pearson Airport. This tentative agreement is subject to a ratification vote by the Unifor membership..
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TENTATIVE AGREEMENT INCLUDE

Pay increases beginning March 30, 2026

Date of hire wage scale no longer accrued hours
-
Increased meal allowance
-
Improved status transfer
-
Increased transportation allowance
-
Probation period changed to 3 months for new employees

The full-time and part-time contracts will be merged into a single contract
This contract will be in place for a three-year term, expiring September 30, 2028.
DROP-IN MEETING DATE AND TIME
Unifor will holding an in-person information session to review details of the tentative agreement and answer any questions you may have. This will also be your opportunity to vote on acceptance of this tentative agreement. All members are encouraged to attend the scheduled drop-in meeting.

VOTING PROCESS
Voting will open at 1000 on November 13, and remain open until 1800 (same day). Members must attend the drop-in meeting in order to receive a ballot and participate in the ratification vote..
