Unifor Local 2002 is pleased to announce that Full-Time members at Nuance Toronto Airport, have ratified their first collective agreement by 96 percent.
The three-year contract includes wage increases over each year of the agreement, an amended wage scale, improvements to benefits, and improvements to the grievance process including expedited arbitration language, as well as layoff/recall language.

The 135 Full Time Members at Nuance include boutique and warehouse workers who are responsible for a wide range of duties, from cashiers and customer service to roles such as beauty advisors, specialty boutique sales associates, and warehouse personnel.
