As our members are aware, our Collective Agreement with Ornge expires on July 30, 2020. The Bargaining Committee is preparing to negotiate a fair and equitable agreement for the members of Ornge. First, we need to know what matters to you and what issues you think the Bargaining Committee should prioritize.
Welcome to the 2020 - ORNGE Bargaining Survey!
One of the key tools Unifor utilizes to involve members in the negotiations process is a bargaining survey. Through bargaining surveying, we are able to solicit input and collect members’ priorities, suggestions, and concerns. It also allows the Bargaining Committee to gather data to support key priorities and engage our members on the issues that matter most.
This survey is now open to all Ornge members and will close at 23:59 ET on March 2, 2020. All of the questions will use a numerical scale from 1 to 10. When answering a question, be specific on your satisfaction level with our current provisions within the collective agreement and your overall needs and priorities. It is important that all members complete the survey in its entirety. All information collected will be treated as strictly confidential by your Bargaining Committee.
