On June 9th Unifor announced that a tentative agreement had been reached between the union and employer for its air ambulance paramedics at Local 2002. As follow up to our announcement we are providing details for the upcoming ratification meetings and subsequent vote.
Ratification meetings will take place via Zoom video conference as follows:

MEETING 1
Date: June 27, 2023
Time: 1900 ET

MEETING 2
Date: June 28, 2023
Time: 1100 ET
During these meetings, your Unifor bargaining team will review all modifications and improvements to the proposed contract. Following the presentation, all participating members will have an opportunity to direct questions to the Unifor bargaining team.
Once the meeting concludes, participating members will receive an electronic ballot to vote on the tentative agreement. Voting will be conducted by Simply Voting – a third/impartial company that provides secure and reliable voting solutions.
IMPORTANT: Only those persons attending a ratification meeting will receive a ballot to vote.
Zoom login details and the tentative agreement document will be distributed to members’ personal email address on the morning of June 27th.
The current Unifor/Ornge collective bargaining agreement will expire on July 31, 2023.
