Dear Paladin, Unifor Local 2002 Members,
Yesterday, we engaged in a highly productive meeting with PASS management to address the ongoing challenges within our workplace. The discussion was comprehensive, and both parties had the opportunity to express their concerns and perspectives.
As your leadership team, we recognize the urgency of addressing these workplace issues head-on. Therefore, it is imperative that we reinforce our stance and communicate directly with you, our members. We want to emphasize the strength with which we presented our concerns to the management and the seriousness with which Unifor is approaching this matter.
We are pleased to report that John Aman, Unifor Senior Director and Gavin McGarrigle, Unifor Western Regional Director, were present during the meeting, demonstrating Unifor's commitment to advocating for our members. Their presence not only facilitated constructive dialogue but also served as a clear indication that future actions will be taken more assertively if our concerns are not adequately addressed.
