We are pleased to provide an update on the proposal meetings held on January 22 and 23, 2025. These meetings were well attended by members and proved to be both productive and engaging.
During the sessions, members participated in important discussions and presented several proposals as part of our preparation for the upcoming round of contract negotiations. Members also had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the collective bargaining process, with detailed explanations provided for each stage.

We remind all members that any rumours concerning negotiations that circulate during this time do not originate from the Unifor committee and should not be considered credible. Accurate information will only be shared at ratification meetings after a tentative agreement has been reached.
