PASS Members: Pass Union Dues Audit and Refund Notification

We wish to inform you that a recent audit has been completed concerning the deduction of Union Dues from your pay stubs following the transition to the new employer on April 1, 2024. The Union identified a potential miscalculation in the due deductions, which was promptly raised with the company in the early summer of 2024. In response, we requested a comprehensive audit of Union Dues for April 1, 2024.

We are pleased to report that the audit has been completed, and refunds of $1 or more have been issued to all affected members as of December 31, 2024. Furthermore, the payroll system has been updated to ensure that dues calculations are accurate moving forward and that this issue will not recur in 2025.
