PASS Members: Proposal Meetings January 22 and 23, 2025

This message is a follow-up to the Proposal Meeting poster that was sent out this morning. We want to clarify the purpose of the upcoming meetings and encourage your participation.  We are pleased to announce that Proposal Meetings have been scheduled for January 22nd and January 23rd to discuss key points for upcoming bargaining. These meetings are a vital part of the process to ensure that your priorities are represented in the upcoming contract negotiations.

Why You Should Attend:
The bargaining committee will be present to review the bargaining surveys and discuss the proposals that reflect our members' priorities. This is your chance to make sure that your voice is heard and that your concerns are addressed in the negotiations.

What You Can Expect:
  • Review of survey results: We will go over the feedback from the bargaining surveys to identify the most important issues to our members.
  • Discussion of proposals: The bargaining committee will discuss proposals based on this feedback and engage in open discussions with members about their priorities.
  • Q&A: There will be time for questions and clarifications, so you can fully understand the process and the goals we are working toward.
