Unifor will be entering into contract negotiations with the Employer in the new year as the current Unifor-Perimeter Aviation employee contract will expire in June 2026. Your Unifor Bargaining Committee is seeking a fair and equitable collective agreement that addresses the priorities for all of our members.
To ready ourselves, Unifor Local 2002 has created an online survey that will help us identify key issues, from wages and benefits to job security and working conditions, so that we can build a strong member-driven set of bargaining proposals.
We need your input and your support. Individual survey results will be kept confidential, while data trends will help shape our bargaining strategy with the Employer.
* A separate email was sent to members with the survey link *
YOUR VOICE MATTERS
After the survey closes, your Bargaining Committee will review the results and schedule proposal meetings with the membership to discuss the findings and refine our negotiation strategy. Your participation is vital – every response strengthens our collective voice!
