The Bargaining Committee is pleased to provide an update following our proposal meetings held over the last two weeks across Ontario and Manitoba. We appreciated the opportunity to meet with Flight Attendant members from
Timmins, Toronto, Winnipeg, and Thompson.
Productive Discussions
We had very productive discussions at every location. It was encouraging to see such high engagement and strong support for the committee as we prepare to enter collective bargaining with the employer.
Current Progress & Timeline - The committee is currently:
- Compiling survey results alongside proposals gathered during the meetings.
- Finalizing our strategy to open negotiations with the company on February 24, 2026.
Member Communication
As a reminder, we are unable to discuss specific details while negotiations are active to protect the integrity of the process. However, as soon as shareable information becomes available, it will be communicated promptly to the entire membership.
We want to sincerely thank everyone who attended the proposal meetings and shared their ideas. Your solidarity is our greatest asset as we work together to improve our working conditions for years to come.
