Unifor Local 2002 is pleased to announce that late last night a tentative agreement was reached with Perimeter Aviation. This agreement covers more than 50 Flight Attendants employed as ambassadors of safety and customer service onboard its fleet.
"This tentative agreement demonstrates what can be achieved when workers remain united and committed to collective bargaining," said Unifor Local 2002 President, Tammy Moore. "Our members deserve a collective agreement that respects their professionalism and the crucial service they provide to passengers and communities. This tentative agreement is the result of months of hard work, thoughtful negotiations, and the unwavering solidarity of our flight attendants and Unifor bargaining committee."

Unifor will also be providing simultaneous ZOOM meetings for those members in Thompson and Ontario, as well members in Winnipeg that are unable to attend in person.

VOTING
Online voting will begin on July 21, 2026 at 1000 Central Time. Each member will receive their link to vote by email to their personal email in the coming days.
Voting will close promptly at 2100 Central Time on July 21 2026.

Please note that all details of the tentative agreement will be available in a tentative agreement highlights document that will be sent to everyone by personal email at 0800 Central Time on July 21.
To maintain the integrity of the bargaining process, your Unifor bargaining committee is unable to discuss specific details of the tentative deal until the first ratification meeting on July 21.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TENTATIVE AGREEMENT
Highlights of the new agreement include:
- Wage, SCHED/Charter hourly rate increase
- 1A and 1B language
- Per diem and Premium increases
- improvements in scheduling language
- increase understanding and awareness of the current CBA language
- access to monthly master schedule
- enhanced language for uninterrupted rest period

The ongoing show of solidarity has positively impacted the team’s success at the negotiating table and Unifor’s bargaining committee looks forward to presenting the tentative agreement at the upcoming series of ratification meetings.
