The Bargaining Committee met with the Company on August 30 and 31
st, in Toronto, to continue negotiations towards a new collective agreement. The Committee believes the discussions have been productive and common ground has been found with the Company on the non-monetary proposals.
We plan to meet with the Company on
September 23rd, 2022 to begin talks on the monetary items and to continue negotiations. It is important to note, that to protect the integrity of the negotiations process, the Committee cannot discuss specific details with the membership while in talks with the Company.
