Dear members,
Following recent contract discussions and tentative agreement, we are now able to provide ratification meetings details.
To allow as many members as possible to participate, we will hold three (3) virtual meetings and one (1) in-person meeting. Details are as follows:
Virtual Meetings:

Sunday, May 10 at 9:00 am

Sunday, May 10 at 1:00 pm

Monday, May 11 at 1:00 pm
In-person meeting details:
Purpose of these meetings:

discuss and answer any questions you may have

enable you to make an informed decision.
Please note that virtual meetings will be limited to a maximum of 35 participants each, in order to foster meaningful discussions, and make the meetings manageable for all participants.
The ratification vote will be held following the in-person meeting on May 16. Details regarding participation (including links for the virtual meetings and the location of the in-person meeting) will be communicated to you shortly.
It is important to emphasize that the ratification vote is a crucial moment and you participation is essential to ensure that the decision accurately reflects the will of the members.
