Dear Members,
Unifor is pleased to announce that your bargaining committee has reached a tentative agreement with the Propair.
This tentative agreement is the result of hard work and endurance of the bargaining committee, as well as the support of the membership. As part of the process, the tentative agreement must be reviewed and voted upon by the membership.
The full details of the new contract will be presented during in-person ratification meetings Your participation is essential at these meetings as the bargaining committee will explain the terms of the new agreement, answer your questions, and enable you to make an informed decision.
Note: dates, times, and locations will be communicated in the coming days. Virtual meetings will not be offered in an effort to:
- provide confidentiality of discussions and presented information
- optimize quality of discussions
- give members the opportunity to ask questions directly
- secure the integrity of the voting process
In order to maintain confidentiality, specific details pertaining to the new contract will not be shared prior to the upcoming ratification meetings. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
