On March 17
th, the Bargaining Committee, Employer, and mediator met to continue negotiations, by the end of the day the Employer (SkyLink) presented the union with a
final offer. The Bargaining Committee has a responsibility to present this “final offer” and explain the details of what has been bargained to date. Zoom ratification and vote meetings have been scheduled, please see below.
ZOOM RATIFICATION MEETINGS
DAY ONE – WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29TH, 2023
TIME: 0800 PT/ 1000 CT/1100 ET

Note All meetings show times for Pacific (PT), Central (CT), and Eastern (ET) time zones.
Your Unifor Bargaining Committee unanimously recommends members vote YES to the “final offer.’ We encourage all members to attend one of the above ratification meetings.
Please attend any meeting that best coordinates with your work/home schedule. You must attend a meeting to receive a ballot and vote on the final offer.
