As a follow-up to the previous bulletin dated November 1
st, 2022, Unifor has been provided notice that the oral hearings with the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) will take place from February 20 to 24, 2023. These hearings are related to the Maintenance of Activities agreement. We wanted to inform the membership that we have not had any further official bargaining meetings with the Company, however, discussions continue between both parties.
The Bargaining Committee recently met virtually over Zoom communications to review the outstanding proposals and to develop a counter proposal for the Company on the outstanding issues. The Committee assures you that we are making every effort to negotiate in good faith with the Company and we are working very hard to deliver a fair and equitable first collective agreement that we can recommend to the membership.

On behalf of Unifor we would like to inform you of the following new appointments:
- Bruce Snow – formally Unifor National Representative has been appointed to Assistant to the National Officers.
- Zoltan Czippel is appointed as Unifor National Representative for SkyLink Express
In the interim, Bruce will continue to oversee this file and will assist Zoltan and the Bargaining Committee in reaching a negotiated settlement with SkyLink Express. If you have not provided your Bargaining Committee with your personal email address, please ensure to do so. Members can also
