Unifor members are advised that the deadline is fast approaching
April 27, 2022, at 20:00 EST to complete your Contact Information – via Survey Monkey. Members were sent an email on April 20, 2022, with a link to the Contact Information survey. The survey is also available on our website. Please ensure to complete all required fields of the survey.

How do I know if I am entitled to the Funds?
- You would have needed to be an employee and employed with Handlex when the grievance was filed which was May 24, 2012.
- Eligibility for the Award monies is based on the requirements that were outlined in the Blue Pass Benefits program (employees needed to be employed by Handlex for a minimum of 1 year during that time to receive travel pass benefits).
- The Award monies cover only employees that were employed from May 24, 2012, and up to April 2015, for Passenger Service Agents in these locations; Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.
What are the Next Steps after the Contact Information Survey Closes?
- Once the survey closes on April 27, 2022, at 20:00EST, the contact information will need to be verified. Once the authentication of the Contact List is completed, the Award monies will be distributed to all vetted Unifor members within the coming weeks.
