Contact Information – Survey Extended to – Saturday, April 30th, at 1700 EST
Thank you to all the Unifor/former Handlex members who have already completed the Information Contact Survey. For those who haven’t yet had an opportunity to complete the survey, we have extended the deadline to
Saturday, April 30th, at 1700 EST.
**** Please note; there will be no further extension beyond April 30th, 2002.****
*** For Unifor to start the distribution of the funds, it is important that every Unifor member employed with Handlex complete the form below via Survey Monkey***
If you have not already done so, please take 5 minutes and complete the Contact Information survey.
What are the Next Steps after the Contact Information Survey Closes?
- Once the survey closes on April 30th, 2022, at 1700 EST, the contact information will need to be verified. Once the authentication of the Contact List is completed, the Award monies will be distributed to all vetted Unifor members within the coming weeks.
