Members have been patiently waiting for a positive update on the Blue Pass arbitration. At this time, we can only advise you that the matter is still before the arbitrator. The arbitrator has set aside
November 16, 2020, for the distribution of the award. We will keep you up to date on the discussions and determinations of this process.
We know that this has been very trying on our members and we are also very aware of the financial challenges that some of you are facing in the current pandemic situation. We know that you may be looking for this award to be distributed as soon as possible due to the financial situation that some of you may find yourselves in. Trust that we too at Unifor Local 2002 are looking for a speedy conclusion. We want you to receive the most from this long process and will do everything in our power to do just that.
