Unifor Local 2002 is pleased to announce that our members at Swissport – Toronto have ratified a new three-year agreement. The ratification vote, conducted on Saturday, September 16, 2023, resulted in a 54 percent approval of the agreement. This achievement follows an intense six-month negotiation period that included the filing of conciliation on March 3.
The new agreement brings forth enhancements, including one wage scale, consistent wage increases over its three-year term, and improvements to the collective agreement language and benefits.
The Bargaining Committee extends its sincere appreciation to each of the Swissport Toronto members who actively participated in the in-person ratification meetings and expressed their support through their votes.
