The time has come to make your voice heard in the bargaining process. Our
Bargaining Survey is now live and ready for you to complete. This survey is designed to collect your priorities, concerns, and the issues that matter most to you as we move forward in negotiations.
Why should you participate?
As union members, our strength lies in our unity and collective input. The bargaining committee is here to represent you, but we need to know what is most important to YOU. Whether it’s wages, benefits, working conditions, or job security, your feedback will help guide the direction of our negotiations. The more responses we get, the stronger our position will be at the bargaining table.
Important Reminder:
Our current collective agreement will
expire on March 27, 2025, which means negotiations for a new agreement are just around the corner. It’s more important than ever that we approach this process with a unified and clear set of priorities. The bargaining committee needs to know what YOU want, so we can work together to secure the best possible outcome for all members.
