UNITED RAMP INC. MEMBERS – BARGAINING SURVEY DEADLINE TO COMPLETE APRIL 25, 2026

UNITED RAMP INC. MEMBERS – BARGAINING SURVEY DEADLINE TO COMPLETE APRIL 25, 2026

April 22, 2026 at 8:38 PM

As you are aware, our Collective Agreement (CA) officially expired on April 17, 2026.  We are currently in a critical phase of our preparations for bargaining. To secure the contract that we all deserve—one that reflects the realities of our work, addresses our economic needs, and strengthens our workplace conditions—the Bargaining Committee requires direct input from the membership.

Why Your Participation Matters
This survey is the foundation of our bargaining strategy. It is the primary tool we use to determine what you value most. Without your feedback, we cannot accurately represent the priorities of the entire workforce at the negotiating table.

Whether it is wages, scheduling, benefits, health and safety, or working conditions, this is your opportunity to tell us what matters most to you.

How to Participate
Please complete the survey via SurveyMonkey as soon as possible. Your responses are strictly confidential and will be used solely to shape our upcoming contract proposals.
  • Survey Deadline: Saturday, April 25, 2026
  • Access the Survey- members were emailed a link directly to thier personal email.
  • Time Required: Approximately 10–15 minutes
Stand Together
Our strength at the bargaining table depends entirely on our unity. By taking a few minutes to complete this survey, you are directly contributing to the strength of our position. An expired CA is a reminder that we must stay mobilized and engaged; let’s ensure our demands are clear and backed by the full weight of our membership.

If you have trouble accessing the link or have questions regarding the survey process, please reach out to your District Chairperson.
