(Halifax) Our members work at Stanfield International Airport as Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service Leads, Customer Service Ambassadors, and Station Supervisors. Our members provide customer service-related functions to the traveling public when flying on Porter flights. These functions include passenger check-in, boarding and securing of flights, ensuring regulatory requirements are met with respect to passenger handling and assisting all Porter passengers with special needs. The leads and supervisors assist in overseeing the operation, mentoring and coaching, and working to ensure a safe and on- time flight experience.
