(Toronto) Our members work as ramp and lead ramp attendants at Billy Bishop Airport in Toronto. They perform ground handling functions, including marshalling of aircraft, loading and unloading of passenger baggage and cargo, lavatory servicing, and aircraft towing for all Porter flights arriving and departing YTZ. Lead Ramp Attendants work as members of the ramp team, but also conduct on-the-job training, and are responsible to complete and provide flight crews with load forms. They promote an overall safe and efficient operation from a ramp handling perspective.
