The Women’s Advocate is designated, by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union, from among the female members of the Unifor-BBR Bargaining Unit who are recommended by Unifor, taking into account the candidates’ skills, experience, and aptitudes. The Women’s Advocate meets with female members as needed, discusses issues with them, and refers them to an appropriate organization, if necessary.
