We are pleased to inform you that your Aeroplan Bargaining Committee has reached a tentative agreement with the Employer today. This marks a significant milestone in the process that began in October 2024. After months of diligent negotiations, we believe the agreement we’ve reached effectively addresses the concerns and priorities raised by our members.
Your Bargaining Committee has worked relentlessly to ensure that the key issues that matter most to you were at the forefront of our discussions. To ensure that all members are fully informed, we will be holding ratification meetings later this week in Vancouver and Montreal, where we will provide a detailed overview of the agreement.
