The roller coaster ride is continuing within the Aeroplan work locations.
The Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) is currently reviewing our complaint and the submissions related to that have been filed by Air Canada, Aeroplan, and the CAW.
The CIRB has not yet determined when and if they will be ordering a hearing.
If anyone is being forced to move prior to the expiration of the collective agreement, please provide your District Chairperson with any such company directive.
We will continue to press the company to find a solution that includes flight passes and some form of acceptable transition.
