Air Canada Aeroplan: Update from your bargaining committee

The Aeroplan bargaining committee met in Toronto during the week of December 2nd. During this session, we exchanged proposals and made significant progress. While we are encouraged by the advancements made, we recognize that reaching a fair and equitable agreement will take additional time and effort.
 
We are committed to ensuring that the voices of our members are heard and that we achieve a settlement that truly reflects the value of your hard work and dedication.
 
We are actively working to schedule additional bargaining dates in the New Year and will continue to keep you informed as soon as these dates are confirmed.
 
We want to be clear: our focus remains on securing the best possible deal for our members. We will not settle for anything less than a fair agreement that respects the contributions of every worker. We will continue to fight for what you deserve.
