Air Canada CES: GIDIP Part-Time Lump Sum Deductions

We have reasons to believe that GIDIP premiums might have been collected incorrectly for part-timers on the lump sump payment of March 12th, 2025.
A paragraph of the arbitration award heard on April 30th, 2024, read:
I award for part-time employees participating in the GDIP, premiums will be deducted by Air Canada on a flat rate of 20 hours per week, regardless of the number of hours a part-time employee works within the last week.
We are currently in discussions with the company to reach a swift resolution on this matter.
