Attention Unifor Local 2002 members,
To be eligible for the 2025 lump sum payment ($4,000 for full-time employees, and $2,000 for part-time employees), the following criteria must be met:

You must be at the pay rate of $31.17 on or before December 31, 2024

The lump sum will be issued to active members as of March 1, 2025

If you are on a Leave of Absence (LOA) such as GIDIP, WSIB, or Maternity Leave, you must return to active status on or before December 31, 2025

If you are on any LOA and do not return to active status by December 31, 2025, you will not be eligible for the lump sum

This lump sum is not applicable to any member who is not active between March 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025
Please note that this lump sum is provided in lieu of a permanent pay increase for the year 2025.
