April 24, 2018 at 2:30 PM
Following ratification meetings on April 23, 2018, in Moncton, the Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that the membership of ATS Moncton have ratified their first Collective Agreement by an impressive 97 percent.

Membership turnout was very high and the members were very enthusiastic about the new agreement which includes:
  • Work rules on schedules and overtime
  • Wage scale for all classifications
  • Increase of Sick days
  • Benefits for all full-time and part-time members
This agreement is a one-year agreement which will allow us the opportunity to grow on the important issues in coming years with a focus on bargaining for improved wages and benefits.

“I would like to thank our members at ATS Moncton for a high turn out and a strong vote of confidence in their Bargaining Committee”.  “We are proud of the  Bargaining Committee who were new to this process and did a great job”, said Euila Leonard, President of Unifor Local 2002.

The Bargaining Committee would like to thank the entire membership who took the time to attend the ratification meetings and ratified this first Collective Agreement.

Our fight is your fight, and we will continue to fight for equality as we build a stronger more relevant Union. Unifor is a Union for Everyone!
