Your Jazz bargaining committee, along with Unifor National Representative Liz Marzari, and Assistant to Unifor 2002 President Josée Genois met with Jazz executives in Toronto from May 30 to June 1 to formally begin negotiations.
Proposals were exchanged between the parties, with discussions taking place surrounding the issues that were brought forward from membership surveys as well as proposal meetings. Additional meeting dates have been set with Jazz from July18 to 20, as well as August 22-24, 2017.
Throughout the bargaining process updates will continue to be issued through bulletins and on the Unifor 2002 website. Please ensure that you have subscribed to Unifor 2002's e-news service.
Your bargaining committee was originally scheduled to issue bulletins weekly during the bargaining process; however, as we have set dates with Jazz for July and August, bulletins will now be issued monthly, or as required.
