This is a reminder to submit your vacation requests by
October 1st, 2025, as outlined in Article Vacations of our collective agreement.
Article Vacations:
6. Vacation preference shall be made, in writing,
by October 1st. Vacation schedules will be posted by
November 15, 2025, for the following year. All vacation periods will be arranged by the Employer, with consideration being given to the employee's wishes on a classification seniority basis. All vacation requests are subject to operational and/or Brand needs.
10. Employees who fail to submit their vacation requests by
February of the applicable year will have their vacation time scheduled by the Employer in that year.
11. Accrued and unused vacation time shall be paid out by the second deposit period in the first quarter of the following calendar year.
Please submit your vacation requests on time to secure your preferred vacation dates.
