Update on Bargaining Dates and Membership Card Support
Dear Members,
Your Unifor Local 2002 District 266 Bargaining Committee will return to the table with Paladin Airport Security Services on November 25, 26 and 27, 2025. We remain focused on achieving a fair collective agreement that delivers meaningful improvements for all members.
Unifor is already fighting for better wages, improved benefits, stronger scheduling protections and a more respectful workplace. These priorities come directly from your feedback and are being advanced right now at the bargaining table.
During this important stage of negotiations, we are asking all members to update their Unifor membership card. Renewing your card is essential. It will show support for the union, for your bargaining committee and demonstrate to the employer that we are united and standing strong together.

A strong, updated membership base sends a clear message to Paladin that Unifor members are united and committed to winning real gains and a respectful workplace for every Screening Officer.
You may have recently seen flyers from the Canadian Airport Workers Union (CAWU) circulating at YYC. We want to be clear that this activity is a distraction. When workers are fighting hard to make real gains, distractions only benefit a select few and the employer. Unifor is already your union at YYC and is already at the table negotiating improvements on your behalf. We’re also asking you to re-affirm your support for your union and your bargaining committee to keep moving forward.
