Since our last update on April 22, 2025. Your Bargaining Committee has been working hard to advance our collective strength. On January 13th, 2025, Unifor issued the Notice to Bargain, demanding a fair and equitable agreement that respects the hard work of our members. On May 13 and 14, we were at the negotiating table with the company to begin the bargaining process.
Your Bargaining Committee is working to secure a contract that delivers the wages, benefits, and working conditions you deserve. We have secured additional bargaining dates for late June.
Your solidarity and strength power us. Stay engaged, and more updates will follow as we push forward during the bargaining process.
Work safe. Stay strong.
United we bargain – divided we beg!
