Greetings Unifor Members,
Effective January 10, 2026,
Kelly Wilson will be stepping down from her role as District Chair due to personal health reasons. Vice Chairperson
Beverly Elfner has been appointed as Interim District Chair until an election can be conducted.
The Local is currently in the process of organizing an election, and further details will be shared with the membership as soon as they are available.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Kelly for her countless hours of dedicated work on behalf of the members of District 266 and Local 2002. Her commitment and hard work have not gone unnoticed, and the membership is grateful for her service. We wish her all the best moving forward.

Beverly Elfner will assume the role effective
January 11, 2026, including the responsibilities of Interim Chair of the Bargaining Committee, and D266 Executive Board member until the election process has been completed.
