Your Unifor Local 2002 District 266 Workplace Health and Safety Committee is pleased to introduce a new online form, designed to help you report health and safety concerns quickly and efficiently.
We have also established a dedicated and secure email address, monitored by your Unifor Workplace Health and Safety Committee members.

This online form is not intended for reporting workplace injuries. Please continue to contact your on-duty manager for workplace injuries.

When you submit a concern through the form, it will be automatically forwarded to company managers for review, with copies sent to the Unifor Workplace Health and Safety Committee and your own email.

You may use this form to report any workplace health and safety concerns from the moment you arrive at work, including the employee parking lot and all other PASS, CATSA, and airport property or equipment.

If your concern requires immediate attention, please contact an on-duty manager before completing the online form.
